Direct Investment

Please note that the minimum investment into share capital of an existing Latvian company is EUR 50.000

A State fee of EUR 10.000 is payable and associated expenses for application and renewals of ID card.

Latvia Immigration Law changes.

From the first of September 2014 the new Real Estate minimum is € 250.000 + a state fee of 5%. The Bank Deposit is € 280.000 and a payment to the state budget of € 25.000 applies. All associated expenses have to be calculated separately.
