Direct Investment
Please note that the minimum investment into share capital of an existing Latvian company is EUR 50.000 A State fee of EUR 10.000 is payable and associated expenses for application and renewals of ID card.

From the first of September 2014 the new Real Estate minimum is € 250.000 + a state fee of 5%. The Bank Deposit is € 280.000 and a payment to the state budget of € 25.000 applies. All associated expenses have to be calculated separately.
